About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Two Maids & A Mop Sugar Land as a House Cleaner! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in creating clean and inviting spaces for our clients. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a passion for cleanliness, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure needs are met.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
