Training Manager Qualifications:
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or until the job is complete
- Have a vehicle that will be driven to customer’s homes, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance (minimum liability)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual a plus, but not required– English & Spanish
Training Manager Responsibilities: ·
- Assisting with interview process
- Training of new employees
- Quality control
- House Cleaning
- Employee performance review
- Employee retention and experience
