Training Manager Qualifications:

Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or until the job is complete
Have a vehicle that will be driven to customer’s homes, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance (minimum liability)
Ability to pass a background check
Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people
High school diploma or GED
Bilingual a plus, but not required– English & Spanish

Training Manager Responsibilities: ·

Assisting with interview process
Training of new employees
Quality control
House Cleaning
Employee performance review
Employee retention and experience
