ALL TEAMS START AND END THE DAY AT OUR LOACL OFFICE IN GILBERT

PAY : W2 COMMISSION + TIPS
SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday / 7am - 5pm / OR until you are finished with your schedule. ( Our teams average completing their day by 3pm-4pm )

Requirements:

Someone who loves to clean *No professional experience needed!*
Proficient and Detail oriented
Must be able to be on feet for most of the day, this job can be physically demanding.
Self-starter and Independent thinker/worker - We have opportunities for leaders!
Valid Drivers license and reliable car - We pay for your miles!
Must be able to work at a fast pace, while providing quality cleans.
MONEY MOTIVATED! Your goal is to make 8 hours worth of pay in under 8 hours of labor!
Must be able to take direction
Customer Service Skills are a MUST! *Must be able to speak/write/understand English*
Must be willing and able to learn from mistakes while being taught our systems
Eligible to work in the US.
Cell Phone with internet access
Can pass a background check

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
