About the Role:
Join the Two Maids - Gilbert team in Mesa, AZ, as a House Cleaner and help us create sparkling homes! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference in our clients' lives.
Schedule/Pay:
- Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm or until finished (NO NIGHTS, WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS)
- W2 commission for each home serviced
- TIPS

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
- Follow company protocols for cleaning products and equipment usage.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices in cleaning procedures.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (You will use your own vehicle to travel to and from houses)
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
- Passion for cleaning and helping others maintain their homes.

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
