What you’ll achieve

You will:

· Be an operating partner, not just an employee, in a start-up type business

· Proactively build & improve relationships, expand customer base, and drive sales growth

· Hire, mentor, and manage team members

· Drive process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities
· Interpret and execute intent, provide effective reports and updates, represent the company

· Grow the business - sales, lead conversion, local marketing, referrals, and other sales and marketing related activities

· Manage operations - scheduling, training, staffing, mentoring, managing supplies, upholding quality standards, and other operations related daily activities

Essential Requirements

· Excellent work ethic, leading by example, and unafraid to get hands dirty

· At least one year of people management experience

· Strong communications and presentation skills

· A team player with strong collaboration skills

· Ability to learn, adapt, and get outside of conform zone

· Must have a neat, safe, and well maintained automobile

Desirable Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience

· Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage chaotic situations

· Sales experience, ability to influence people
· A positive and determined attitude
