Key Responsibilities:
πΌ Lead, train, and support team members to ensure top-notch service and performance.
π Drive sales and service growth by engaging with clients and helping generate new business.
ποΈ Manage day-to-day business operations, including scheduling and client communications.
π Demonstrate leadership by setting a strong example for your team in performance and attitude.
π Handle administrative duties, monitor team progress, and implement processes to increase efficiency.
π§Ή Be hands-on and involved in daily operations β pitch in wherever needed!
