We are looking for a Professional Cleaning Manager to join our team at Two Maids - Allen. As a leader in the cleaning industry, we are seeking a motivated and organized individual to oversee our cleaning operations and ensure exceptional service for our clients in Allen, TX.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise cleaning staff, including scheduling and training
Inspect and evaluate cleaning performance to maintain high standards
Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns
Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Requirements:

Prior experience in professional cleaning or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
