Operating Partner/Business Development Manager for Cleaning Service (College Station)

What you’ll achieve:
· Be an operating partner in a start-up type business
· Have a unique opportunity to grow and shape operations and team culture
· Hire, mentor, and grow team members
· Create and execute process marketing, operational, and HR initiatives
Responsibilities
· Manager the office – execute day to day operational, sales, and staffing
· Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
· Motivate the team, track performance, and report key metrics
· Manage operational activities – scheduling, quality checks, training, etc.
Essential Requirements
· Excellent work ethic, leading by example, and unafraid to get hands dirty
· At least one year of people management experience
· Strong communications and presentation skills
· A team player with strong collaboration skill
· Make data-driven decisions and recommendations from data analysis
Desirable Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business
· Experience in mentoring a team
· Sales experience

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
