About the Role:

Join the Two Maids Shoreview team as an Assistant Manager in Shoreview, MN! This exciting position offers you the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional cleaning services while fostering a positive work environment. If you have a HIGH customer service proficiency, are detail oriented, and treat clients and staff with respect and a positive attitude, We are looking for you!

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily operations and team schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
Train and mentor new staff members to uphold company standards and values.
Ownership of the client cleaning schedule including booking new sales.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Follow up on Quotes.

What We are looking for:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus.
