About the Role:

Join Two Maids - Shoreview as an Assistant Manager - Cleaning, where you will play a key role in leading our dedicated cleaning team. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a difference in our clients’ lives while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily operations and scheduling of cleaning teams.
Ensure high-quality cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor new staff on cleaning techniques and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of cleaning sites for quality assurance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
Promote a positive team culture and encourage employee engagement.

Requirements:

Previous management or supervisory experience in the cleaning industry a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality service.
Proficient in basic computer skills and scheduling software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $700.00 - $800.00 per week
