Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a Two Maids home cleaning franchise in Albany, NY. The Manager will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining scheduling and logistics, and driving business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the cleaning teams.

- Track KPIs and help meet revenue and performance goals.
- Assist with local marketing and community outreach.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service quality.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or management (preferably in cleaning, hospitality, or franchise settings).
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or management (preferably in cleaning, hospitality, or franchise settings).

Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $42,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Performance Bonuses: Up to $5,000 annually based on customer satisfaction, revenue targets, and operational KPIs.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days per year, increasing with tenure.
- Health Stipend or Contribution Toward Medical Insurance.
- Company phone and mileage reimbursement.
- Opportunities for growth and advancement within the franchise.
