Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Supporting training initiatives for new team members
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure service standards
- Assisting the manager with the sales process, including responding to inquiries and following up on leads
- Providing ongoing support to Professional House Cleaners and promoting a positive, collaborative work environment
- Managing scheduling and coordination of cleaning appointments
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving client concerns
Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Have a vehicle that will be driven to customers’ homes, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance (minimum liability)
- Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people
- Strong organizational and Time Management Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Basic understanding of and comfort using technology, including computers and scheduling software
- High school diploma or GED
