We’re a residential cleaning company in our growth phase, and we’re looking for a dependable, motivated person to help coordinate daily operations and support our teams in the field. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, performance-based pay, and the potential to grow into a full-time role as the business expands.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and support crews in the field
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
- Deliver supplies, meet crews, or assist with cleanings as needed (must have your own car)
- Help track payments, update schedules, and maintain customer records
- Assist with lead follow-ups, quotes, and customer satisfaction check-ins
What We’re Looking For:

Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (required)
- Organized, dependable, and motivated to grow with the business
- Strong communicator who enjoys helping people
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
- Customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, text, and email
