- Reliable, consistent, and detail‑oriented
- Your own working vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 20 lbs. and clean 1–3 homes daily (part‑time shifts available)
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to be fully present during your shift

- Clean residential homes within established routes
- Build relationships with regular weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly clients
- Follow our proven cleaning system for consistency and great results
- Maintain a high customer happiness score by never doing just enough
- Add thoughtful finishing touches that create “Maui Moments”
