Professional Housekeeper / House Cleaner/Maid
Two Maids of Shoreview is hiring!! We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing team as a Professional Housekeeper/House Cleaner. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy physical work, and genuinely want to support others, we want to hear from you! We offer flexible scheduling, excellent pay, and a supportive, family-like environment. No previous experience is necessary—we provide full paid training!
Full-time, Monday-Friday (no nights or weekends) 8am - 5pm, $700-$1000 per week on average , Bonus's, Tips, PTO, Paid Holidays, Dental, Vision, Fuel Reimbursement,
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our residential clients.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing.
- Follow specific client and team directions and adhere to established cleaning procedures.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with both clients and team members.
- Self-manage your time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled limits.
- Problem-solve and adapt quickly to different cleaning needs and environments.
- Build strong customer relationships by being a good listener and consistently delivering excellent service with a positive attitude

Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- No previous experience necessary – we provide comprehensive paid training.

Compensation: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
