About the Role:
Join our team at Two Maids - as a House Cleaner! No experience needed. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to make homes sparkle and bring joy to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the cleaning industry with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure quality service.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- No prior cleaning experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Must be available to work Mon-Fri 7am-5pm
- Required to be fluent in English, in order to communicate with our customers.
