Two Maids of Greater Austin is hiring dependable House Cleaners to serve customers across our Round Rock territory, including North Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Hutto, and Taylor.

Professional cleaning experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and take pride in doing great work, we want to talk with you.

What You’ll Do

Clean residential homes and select light commercial properties
Deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning for our customers
Follow our cleaning standards and use cleaning products and equipment safely
Work with a cleaning partner as you learn our systems and standards
Travel between customer locations during the workday
Follow your assigned schedule through our app
Communicate professionally with customers and our support team

What You’ll Need

Reliable, insured, and well-maintained transportation you can use each workday
Availability to work a consistent daytime schedule
Authorization to work in the United States
Ability to complete our background check process
Dependability and strong attention to detail
Professional communication with customers and team members
A willingness to learn and follow our cleaning process

Prior professional cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience is helpful, but not required.

Pay & Earning Potential

This is a W2 employee position with performance-based, per-job compensation.

Typical earnings are equivalent to approximately $28–$34 per hour
Experienced and efficient cleaners can earn the equivalent of up to $40 per hour
Our most experienced cleaners can earn more than $1,000 per week, including base earnings, tips, and bonuses
Additional incentive opportunities are available based on service quality, customer reviews, and customer retention
Strong performers receive priority access to higher-value jobs and recurring customers

Your actual earnings can vary based on the jobs completed, service type, efficiency, tips, bonuses, and performance.

You will begin working on a two-person team. As you build experience and demonstrate consistent quality, there is a path to becoming a solo cleaner and earning the full compensation rate for eligible solo cleans.

Our Hiring Process

Step 1: Complete a short one-way video interview

Step 2: Complete a paid field assessment and training period at $20 per hour for 1–5 days

Step 3: Complete the conditional W2 employment offer and remaining onboarding requirements

Step 4: Join your assigned team and begin working
