Are you an experienced residential cleaner looking for more independence, responsibility, and earning potential?

Two Maids North Bergen is growing, and we’re looking for someone who already understands professional residential cleaning, takes pride in high-quality work, and is comfortable handling both team and independent assignments.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who can manage their time well, work efficiently, and provide a professional customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Clean residential homes throughout North Bergen, Jersey City, Hoboken, Edgewater, and surrounding areas
Complete both team and solo cleaning assignments
Perform recurring, deep, first-time, move-in, and move-out cleanings
Assess the home, prioritize the cleaning, and complete the job efficiently without constant direction
Follow Two Maids cleaning standards and procedures
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
Travel between customer homes during the workday

What We’re Looking For

Previous professional residential cleaning experience required
Comfortable completing residential cleanings independently
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Comfortable working in homes with pets
Able to perform physical work, including bending, lifting, climbing stairs, and being on your feet throughout the day
Valid driver’s license
Own reliable vehicle strongly preferred
Saturday availability based on business needs
Looking for a long-term opportunity

Pay & Benefits

Trained team members can typically earn approximately $120–$140+ on a full cleaning day, depending on assignments and workload
Customer tips are additional and can significantly increase weekly earnings
Additional earning potential for solo assignments and driving responsibilities
Paid training on Two Maids standards and procedures
Bi-weekly pay

Schedule

Primarily Monday through Friday daytime hours
Saturday availability is needed based on customer demand, but Saturdays are not necessarily scheduled every week
No nights
No Sundays
Major holidays off
Hours may vary based on customer demand, with opportunities for additional hours as the schedule grows
