What You'll Do
- Clean and sanitize residential homes and commercial offices using Two Maids methods
- Work as part of a small team to complete each home efficiently and thoroughly
- Travel between client homes throughout East County
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
- Follow safety guidelines and properly use and care for cleaning products and equipment
Qualifications for a Great Team Member
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Must have a personal vehicle, driver's license, and insurance
- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using a mobile app to view schedules, clock in and out, and communicate with the team
- Enjoys active, hands-on work
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and pride in work
- Reliability and teamwork abilities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to climb stairs and use a step stool
- Comfortable working with standard cleaning products
